The paper Slitter is a kind of paper processing equipment which cuts and rewinding the wide web into different width and diameter rolls. Widely used in paper processing or prepress and Postpress mechanical equipment.
Performance and characteristics
1. The paper Slitter is controlled by PLC and touch screen, magnetic powder clutch tension control and central coiling mode.
2. The host adopts frequency conversion speed regulation. It can automatically count meters, alarm and stop. All tension figures are displayed on the touch screen.
3. In unwinding, photoelectric automatic correction (or ultrasonic correction) is used to correct the paper edge, so that irregular materials can be cut normally.
4. Round knife (or straight knife) longitudinal cutting, waste edge automatic discharge device.
5. Manual (or pneumatic) feeding and unwinding shaft is equipped with cone sleeve type air expansion shaft (3 "or 6").
6. Take up a and B shafts (air expansion type).
